Bedard Bakery opened in Windsor Nova Scotia in the summer of 2022.

Bedard Bakery offers a wide variety of bread, pastries, and cakes, all made from scratch with natural ingredients. Their bread is baked using traditional methods, made with organic flour and no preservatives. The pastries are also made from scratch and are known for their delicious taste and flaky texture.
